How easy are returns if something doesn't fit? Do I have to pay for shipping it back?

Returns were easy for me. I just printed a label from their site and dropped it off. I think they deduct a small fee for return shipping unless it was a mistake on their end, but I can't totally remember.

Yeah, they send you a label, but I think they take like $10 or something out of your refund for the shipping. Not free, but not a huge hassle.

I found their dresses to be pretty true to size, especially if you check the size chart. I got a midi dress last year and it fit perfectly based on my usual size.

Hmm, I think it depends on the style. My wetsuit was super snug, had to size up. But for a flowy dress, your normal size is probably fine. They usually have good descriptions though.
